This cookie has an easy “knit” bottom and a simple top. You can use whatever sprinkles you want, leave it plain, or add the fondant snowflake. I used flood consistency blue royal icing, and stiff white royal icing for the knit part. I put the fondant snowflake on the wet icing, but I think next time, I would wait for the icing to fully dry, then put it on with a dab of royal icing to stick, so the icing doesn’t look wrinkled around the snowflake. But it still worked out. I didn’t use any wilton tips, I just used piping bags and cut a little off the bottom.
