December 5th-More decorated Christmas cookies! So fun to decorate. I love using royal icing and having a blank canvas to decorate!

December 8th-Peppermint Mocha Cookies! These cookies were actually supposed to be half dipped in white chocolate, then sprinkled with crushed candy cane….but before I realized that, I put the white chocolate chips in the batter….So I just added crushed candy cane on top before and after baking. December 9th-Gingerbread hanging cookies and a marshmallow snowman face!! This is just how much more fun your hot chocolate could be! 🙂 I stuck the candy cane on the back of a decorated cookie with royal icing, and also used the royal icing on the marshmallow for the snowman’s face.

December 19th-Ginger Chocolate Chip Bars! You won’t regret making these…..super soft and chewy!
December 20th-Chocolate Peppermint Bark Cookies! I knew I had to try these when I saw it!

December 21st-Royal Icing! Use this icing to decorate cookies! Icing consistency is key here. Just add water gradually to make icing a flow like consistency. For piping consistency, yo may only have to add a touch of water. You don’t want it like cement, but just a little looser for piping. To flood a cookie, you add more water until it slightly pourable, but not too thin.

December 22nd-Melting Snowmen Cupcakes! Actually, I didn’t mean to make them melting…that’s why they are smiling. But, my icing actually did melt down…haha. So, here they are! Happy melting snowmen!
